Warranty, Returns and Refunds


We guarantee that our products are 100% programmable.  If the product comes with self-programming instructions and you are unable to complete them there may be an issue with the vehicle itself such as:

  • Maximum number of remotes have already been programmed.
  • A previous owner had an aftermarket remote installed or customized.
  • Your vehicle did not originally come with a chip key or remote (you can call any dealership of your vehicle's make and ask for a part number to verify).

If your key or remote does not work, or you cannot find a professional to program it for you, you can contact us for a return at sales@rekeysecurity.com within 90 days of placing your order.



If you need to return the product for any reason, please contact us at sales@rekeysecurity.com before shipping the product back so you can receive an RMA number and instructions.  

Shipping a product back without contacting us could result in us not able to provide a refund or cause delays in the process.

We are not responsible for costs by your local professionals in the case of unsuccessful programming.  You can still return the product for a full refund.  Make sure you are taking your key or remote to a licensed automotive locksmith or automotive dealership with good reviews.


How To Start a Return

1.  Contact us at sales@rekeysecurity.com saying you would like to initiate a return and provide your name and order number.  If it is within 90 days of purchase, you will receive a prepaid shipping label

2.  Package your item and attach the prepaid shipping label, then drop it off at a USPS pickup location.  Properly package your item for return, do not use a regular mailing envelope as they can often tear and lose the item.

3. Your refund or exchange will be processed the same day the item arrives to us.  Please allow 3-5 days for your payment processor to complete the refund.
