Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are carefully calculated based on your location so you receive the best price possible.  You will see the total at checkout.



You will be provided with a tracking number once your product has been shipped, and shipments can be tracked at the carrier's website.



Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, all responsibilities for the package lie with that carrier.



We ship out orders the same business day if placed before 4:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, and the following business day if placed after that time. 

We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Your order will be processed once payment is received and we have verified your address as a valid shipping location.  If there are any issues with payment or shipping address you will be contacted via email.

Please be aware that if you have your order delivered to an apartment, office or any building with more than one unit, or to a public building like hotel or school the shipping carrier could request a signature of an employee, secretary, receptionist or other personnel on delivery.  Once the package is signed for by any of these institutions we will have fulfilled our shipping obligations for your package.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  However, if you have an issue with a shipping carrier about delivery, we will do our best to work with you to resolve the issue with that carrier.

Please be aware that if you place an international order you may be subject to additional customs fees.
